What's prohibited?
Dental professionals can currently provide only emergency and urgent services but may again offer full services beginning on July 1.
What's allowed?
These services can reopen under Civil Emergency Measures Act ministerial authorizations:
- urgent dental care and orthodontic treatment;
- personal services establishments, such as hair salons, barber shops, tattoo parlours, nail salons and massage therapists;
- eat-in restaurants; and
- bars (pubs, lounges and nightclubs).
To operate, these businesses must follow the guidance of the Chief Medical Officer of Health.
