Human resource policy: occupational health evaluations and physical abilities testing

The purpose of this policy is to establish how positions are are designated to require occupational health evaluations or physical abilities testing. It has no impact on any additional testing required to address workplace issues such as an accommodation and the safe return to work after an illness or injury. This document was published October 7, 1994 and was last amended January 27, 2009.
