Human resource policy: conflict of interest

The purpose of this policy is to minimize the possibility of conflicts arising between public servants’ official duties and responsibilities and their personal and private interests, and to provide the means to resolve such conflicts in the public interest. This document was published October 27, 1994 and was last amended June 17, 2008.
