Notice of change of directors and officers

Use this form to give notice of a change of directors and officers in a Yukon society.

Important instructions to complete this form

• The full names and addresses of directors are required to be recorded and displayed in the societies’ public registry as from April 1, 2021.
• Only 1 address per active director or officer will be accepted and you can use one of any of the following options:
  • residential address; 
  • mailing address; or
  • another address at which records can usually be delivered to the director between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

The filing fee for this form is $40 and must be attached to the submission.  The form can take up to 10 business days to be processed.
