May 18 to September 22, 2024, 9 am to 5 pm, daily. Fishing licences, camping permits and maps for sale. Interpretive programs. Gift shop, and toilets. No phone, food or gas. Limited Wi-fi is available to check in to reserved campsites.

Wheelchair-accessible outhouse and washroom. Packed gravel and wood ramp from accessible parking to centre. Portable wheelchair stair lift and wheelchair available for access to 2nd floor displays and viewing deck.
1-km (one-way) wheelchair-accessible interpretive trail starting from South end of centre parking. One wheelchair-accessible campsite, kitchen shelter and outdoor amphitheatre at campground, 1.5 km north.
