Tagish local area planning
The Government of Yukon and Carcross/Tagish First Nation are developing a local area plan for the community of Tagish. A steering committee of area residents is helping develop the plan.

The planning area
The planning area includes most of the developed residential areas of Tagish. It also includes some of the adjacent undeveloped hinterland. The area includes public land, Carcross/Tagish First Nation Settlement Land and privately owned land.
What’s happening now?
The Government of Yukon and Carcross/Tagish First Nation are working on a draft plan.
