An independent scientific analysis of the vulnerability of the Porcupine caribou herd to potential development in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, based on over 40 years of scientific monitoring and co-management data. This analysis was done under contract to the Government of Yukon, the Canadian Wildlife Service and the Government of the Northwest Territories.
