Condominium Act, 2015 Regulations Consultation - Governance, Reserve Funds & General Matters

While condominium developments provide many advantages, unit owners are required to work together to manage the maintenance and repairs to the complexes and to establish rules that residents must follow (e.g., regarding pet ownership, renters, shared costs, condominium fees, cleaning, fines and other charges). While the Condominium Act, 2015 sets out the majority of these rules, regulations are required to provide greater specificity in respect of some matters.
