Violation category definitions
- Type A. Minor violations like failing to sign the Tri-partite Agreement before the deadline.
- Type B. Moderate violations like not making all required deductions from a nominee’s pay.
- Type C. Serious violations like inadequate wages, fewer than minimum hours of work or receiving payment for accepting a nominee.
