Growing Together: The Yukon First Nations Procurement Policy

The Yukon First Nations Procurement Policy is an innovative policy that’s changing how we conduct our procurements. The policy was written in partnership with all 14 Yukon First Nations. The goal of the policy is to enhance economic outcomes for Yukon First Nations Citizens and businesses.

The Yukon First Nations Procurement Policy sets a new vision for our territory. It will change the status quo and open the door for Yukon First Nations businesses to partake in government procurements. Every business deserves a chance at success and this policy puts us all on an equal playing field.

‒ Minister of Highways and Public Works Nils Clarke
