Country residential lot lottery

We held a land lottery for 20 country residential lots.

Available lots include:

  • 16 lots in Grizzly Valley;
  • 2 lots in Mendenhall; and
  • 2 lots in Golden Horn.

The deadline to enter the lottery was Tuesday, August 6 at 4:30 pm.

The draw was held at 10 am on August 13, 2024. The results are available here.

Deadline to apply

The deadline to apply was Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 4:30 pm.

When is the draw?

The draw was held at 10 am on August 13, 2024. The results are available here.

If you’re selected for a lot

Once we notify you of your success in the lottery, you’ll have 24 hours to accept the lot offered to you. If you do not accept the lot, you forfeit the lot and your $300 deposit.

If you accept the lot, you have 14 days from when we notify you to:

  • pay the required minimum down payment; and
  • enter into an agreement for sale with us.

Requirements for title

If you enter into an agreement for sale with us, you must meet the requirements of your contract to get title to the lot. The requirements include:

  • meeting the building commitment; and
  • paying for the lot in full.

Pick up your deposit

You, or the person you named as your representative, can pick up your $300 deposit between September 3 and September 17, 2024.

You must delegate a representative when you submit your application form. To pick up your deposit, you or your representative must:

  • present government-issued photo identification; and
  • sign for the deposit.
