Referred care clinic

This is a primary care clinic for vulnerable adults with complex mental health challenges or substance use disorders. It is for existing clients and by referral only for new patients. 

This location also provides the following services:

• Opioid Treatment Services Clinic (no referral required).
• Naloxone kits and individual naloxone training.
• Harm reduction supplies and education.
• Drug checking supplies available.
