Whitehorse Walk-in Clinic moves to permanent location

The Whitehorse Walk-in Clinic has moved to 108 Jarvis Street, in the Mah’s Point building. The clinic is open:

Monday to Wednesday: 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5:30 pm (phone in from 8:45 am to 5:30 pm)

Thursday and Friday: 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4 pm (phone in from 8:45 am to 4:30 pm)

The Whitehorse Walk-In Clinic is a new health care facility. The clinic serves Yukon residents who do not have a primary care provider, like a doctor or nurse.

If you already have a primary care provider, the clinic will direct you back to them.

To manage patient traffic efficiently and to offer the best possible care experience, we encourage Yukoners to call 867-471-0035 to check wait times and book a same-day appointment. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated based on the clinic's capacity.

The clinic helps people with non-urgent conditions. Our team includes:

  • doctors;
  • nurse practitioners;
  • nurses;
  • social workers; and
  • office staff.

The clinic has:

  • a place to sit and wait;
  • a front desk;
  • rooms for private appointments; and
  • offices for the medical team.
