The reporting issuer list for Yukon is updated every Monday, except for Statutory Holidays when it will be updated Tuesday.

Reporting issuers not in default

A reporting issuer is not in default with our office if they are:

• not found on the current default list of issuers defaulted by the Yukon Superintendent of Securities;
• not found on the inactive issuers list;
• not found on the Cease Trade Orders list; and
• not in default in their principal jurisdiction: Canadian Securities Administrators.
